There's no great point to this post other than it's about one of the peeps I'll miss when I retire. We have a young man, highly functioning autistic tho I don't know his official situation, who works for HR and also empties everyone's recycle bins and like that. He also greats the ladies each and every day with, "Hi, Miss so and so. You look very lovely today." Someone has impressed upon him the importance of complimentary conversation.
He also has a joke for you every single day. And two if he misses you one day. I can't remember a joke two seconds after hearing it, so...he's way more talented than I.
He is just the sweetest kid.
