This morning's Toastmasters speech found me at the lectern with a relaxed and affable mien as I was hoping to make my point about taking charge of your own health without sounding preachy, and based on my evaluation and the comments afterward, I managed to pull it off.
-- In Iroquois society, leaders are encouraged to remember seven generations in the past and consider seven generations in the future when making decisions that affect the people.
