In a typical lawsuit, say personal injury, are the following terms within a normal range?
33.3% of settlement prior to filing suit (I assume settlement offer and acceptance upon notice to defense)
40.0% after filing suit
45.0% if any party files an appeal after judgment

..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.
