The Cold Case Files: Quilt Edition
Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Re: The Cold Case Files: Quilt Edition
As you can well imagine, this is getting shown around quilting message boards.
There is quite a bit of speculation on the fabric in the quilt. Even though it is 25 years old no one is recognizing the patterns. Oh, and believe me when I say these ladies (mostly but not completely ladies) are experts in collecting fabric like you guys are with trivia.
Some believe the fabric was not made in the US.
And everyone says this would be lot easier if they had put a sewn in label on the back.
ALWAYS label your quilts!
