I'm glad I wasn't watching this question. Thomas Bramwell WELCH?

I guess this contestant has never heard of Welch's grape juice.

There used to be a Welch's plant in the next county, but it closed down a couple years ago. You can still see the tower that says "WELCH'S" on it.
I'm just a game show nerd.

This guy was on Cash Cab a number of years ago. I think he and his friend did not miss a single question in their cab ride.

He just answered too quickly before noticing the clue. As soon as Meredith told him he was wrong, it clicked. Oh, Welch's!

How do you patent something like that? Does it mean that any time my son and DIL do this with their cat they owe royalties?

From the reaction on Jordan's face I think that as soon as he said "final answer" he realized what he had done. I think maybe he failed to read the question carefully.

I actually missed the "Welch" on my first read through - upon rereading, I caught it.
