Okay, the question doesn't specify which army might have used this, but I thought dehydration would have been a common problem in the Pacific theater of the war, where coconuts happened to be plentiful...surely this was supposed to be an "obvious" answer?

So coconut water has become a "trendy drink"? :?

I knew this one. Sigh. Never getting to show off my big (fat) brain which holds knowledge of early reggae, rather than rap, but knew this from the African-American custom of "the dozens" hurts.
