Nene News

For those two of you who actually know who he is.

The tumour was malignant. But it apparently was caught early enough and was isolated so there's not much chance it comes back and he doesn't have to do chemo or anything.

He should be out around another 6 weeks, so maybe I'll manage to get a chance to break out the Nene jersey and see him in a game this year.

Damn! And here I thought you were going to report on the state bird of Hawaii, which looks for all the world like a Canada goose that took a right at Cabo one winter whilst flying south, got lost and decided it damn well wasn't going to turn around and fly back once it finally found a piece of dry land to rest on!
