It wasn't THAT bad of a link! LOL

I put it as a tinyurl, then clicked enter. POOF, all of chat was gone! LOL

Maybe if you log off and try again. It did give us a really weird message when it kicked you
out though.

I missed chat while I was gone, even if I only went there twice ever before I left. I am glad to see it's not broken!

No. It's different. Dave asked us not to pass along the link (if any of us even saved it) until he worked out possible kinks. I'm assuming that Dave will make a Major Announcement when it's ready, and the reference thread will be updated.

Besides being more colorful, the major advantage for chat users in the new version is that the screen size is larger, so comments won't scroll by and off the page so quickly.
