#94!!!!!
Hey, the month's only about 30 hours old, but this is the highest I've ever seen my name on the Sploofus list, and dammit, I'm gonna cherish it! Especially since it'll probably be the only time this month I'm in the Top 100.....

I'm one for two. I know from nothing about the Beatrix Potter books.
I too will cherish the February Sploofus (assuming I remember it, of course . . .) -- seeing my name in the Top Ten! And finishing in the Top 100!

Damn Sploofus and their clever selection ordering! I totally muffed a question about The Outsiders (which I've only seen 5865056833 times) because, in my zeal for speed bonus points, I didn't bother to read ALL of the "which of these are NOT" choices before grabbing the first semi-unfamiliar one. Then I get the 'aw, crap!!!' moment as I see the actual correct choice buried four deep as my finger is clicking submit.SportsFan68 wrote:I'm one for two. Re: #94!!!!!
I was alarmed when it was revealed that the question I got right this morning asking for the level of the atmosphere closest to the earth's surface (The troposphere) was only gotten correct 17% of the time.... which is less than the odds of making a blind guess. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised that thundersnow isn't a more commonly known term.....

I'm still playing but I don't know my Galilean satellites from a hole in the ozone layer.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.
