Christine Baranski and the Big Bang Theory
Christine Baranski was on The Big Bang Theory last night as Leonard's mother. It was as if the whole series was a set up for her episode. She was at the top of her comedic game for this episode. I think she great and she certainly was last night.

Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

They moved it to after Two and a Half Men last night. I was all torqued when I tuned in at 7 and the Old Christine show was on, I thought they'd moved Big Bang Theory to a different night.peacock2121 wrote:Dang!

I had a different reaction than others. I enjoyed Sheldon much less than usual, while I normally don't care too much for Leonard and I really liked him in this one.
Push it real good!

The subplot and timing of the scene in the cafeteria was a riot as well.
Great timing and delivery by all the actors.
Really good writing on this show.

This has been a guilty pleasure of mine since it started. Maybe I can stop feeling guilty about it. --Bobthemanintheseersuckersuit wrote:Christine Baranski was on The Big Bang Theory last night as Leonard's mother. That show is by nerds for nerds. I feel like a nerd when I watch that show it is just so funny. The show is even funnier now that they have a character who talks like Elmer Fudd.
