So, Best Buy has this price guarantee policy. If the TV you buy from them, is advertised by them or a competitor for less than you bought it for, within 30 days, they will refund you the difference.
We bought a 40 inch and a 52 inch set the other day.
Sears advertised our smaller set for $400 less than we paid. Best Buy has the larger set on sale for $100 less.
We made $500 today!

Cool!
They really were the exact same models? I thought stores stocked slightly different model numbers to get around that guarantee.

Warehouse clubs like Sams and Costco stock different models than the major retailers. Most of the standard models carried by the retailers are the same. It's just not cost efficient for manufacturers to make too many slightly different models that have essentially the same features.MarleysGh0st wrote:Cool!![]()

I got $50 back from Best Buy myself when they put my new Toshiba on sale right after Christmas. They gave me a $50 credit card credit. Yay!
