The QA departments of both our sites got together for our annual holiday lunch. Anything the company made during that time was without any Quality.

I'm stuffed. That was more food than I'm used to eating, since I've been moderating my intake.

Today was Jingle Mingle in the courthouse. I wandered from floor to floor stuffing myself.

The Court Security Officers "room o' meat" was back. Always a highlight. The Marshals didn't have their room full of desserts like last year. That was disappointing.

The District Court judges had all their law clerks make desserts. That was good but didn't quite come up to the standards set by the Marshals. Most of the other departments had their usual spreads but the 6th floor group (which includes the library) went for loaded baked potatoes and salad this year. It was pretty popular.

I, however, decided to forgo the vegetable-type foods and concentrated on meat and sugar. And was successful.

It is our annual "grazing day" here. I have managed to be somewhat productive although I feel like a beached whale. I shall be going back for another layer of blubber shortly.
