I missed last week's shows, but the transcripts indicate that Ken Jennings was 3 for 5 as an Expert. That's pretty good, but you also have to take into account the degree of difficulty. Here are the levels of Ken's questions:
8K -- 2 for 3
16K -- 1 for 1
50K -- 0 for 1
Is anyone tracking stats for the other Experts this season? At this point, I have some general impressions, but it would be interesting to see the actual data.

Tracking? Actual data?
No, but my "oh my G-d" in-head tabulator says you'd actually be better off with Ogi Ogas than KJ, track-record-wise, but nevertheless I'd take either one as my Expert. I would also take Nancy Christie. I would also take Bill Nye, The Science Guy. I would also take Jay Actor (OK, I can't remember his name) who I was really frightened about when I heard him announced, but who proved quite the trivia buff. Everyone else, especially on-air personalities from entertainment shows, or editors of entertainment mags, you can keep, except when you can ask them a question about "what they know", which would be entertainment.
And sorry, the other female big-$-winner who nevertheless did poorly as an Expert; she may be a lovely human etc etc, but I wouldn't want her as my Expert based on her track record during her week.

Re: Ask The Expert Statistics
So far this season the best experts are Bill Nye, Ogi Ogas, and Jay Thomas. There's also another expert that you'll see later on in the season that was really good. This expert will be on my father's episode when it airs in January.
