McCain had the best appearance on SNL of the endless campaign, and seemed to have the most fun with it. The QVC skit was one to go down in history, with Killer Bees and Cheeseburger.
Kudos to the man for a sense of humour, and all around good sportsmanship.

Ben Affleck was a hoot as Keith Olberman! My guess is Olberman will take it as a compliment...

Olberamnn probably is deluded enough to think that it was a compliment.ne1410s wrote:Ben Affleck was a hoot as Keith Olberman! My guess is Olberman will take it as a compliment...
Affleck's Olbermann was the best political impression of the season, in all of its spittin', screaming, out-of-control, Kool-aid drinkin' glory.
There was not even the need to take a point and exaggerate it with him.
You know that they were just waiting to do a skit that lampooned his kooky speech about the GOP convention.
On the QVC skit, I wish that they had not taken the extra step to explain "McCain Fine Gold".
