It creates a report that the Admins and Moderators can look at. I suppose something like that could be handy if someone comes spamming on the Bored or something at a time when none of us is around.

I was going to try to report myself just to see if it could be done, but there wasn't an option for "This poster is a dumbass" in the drop down menu.
