I had a good run but I hit the wall this morning. Close on the year that a book was first published but no cigar.

Oh, well, there's always February.

Repeat after me.

Go with your first impression!

Go with your first impression!

Go with your first impression!

Or you will join the 86.4% who missed the question by overthinking it, just like you.

No top 100 AGAIN this month. On to February!

Slightly embarrassed to say I missed one yesterday on a Boston sports subject. Completely clueless, even though it was all over the news when it happened, and fairly recently, too. Ah well. It's only a hobby.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Ah, but maybe I can align my stoopidness with the stoopididy of Sploofus.

To borrow Pea's phrase, Holy Crap!

I knew I was getting quite a few questions right this month, but I never expected to be on the short list this late in the month!

Holding off the last couple of questions until tomorrow, when I will be at school, which has a terrifically fast connection. Worth 200 points a correct answer, at least.

Me too. I'm tired of watching the seconds tick off at home. So I'll join the Monday folkses who take spectacular leaps (I hope).

lb do you think the questions get harder as your level goes up? I am on level 17 or so, and the questions seem harder, but maybe not.

I'm not LB, nor do I play him on television, but I can say positively that my questions did not get harder as I rose in levels. I'm about where you are, I need one or two correct answers to go to 18. I got a 90 percenter the other day, one which made me think some people musta been trying to get it wrong or just accidentally hit the wrong answer. Or their blasted slower than molasses dialup connection betrayed them.
