I can only speak for myself, so that is what I will do.

Because I have not yet and choose not to ignore anyone or make them a foe or whatever. I feel that it is my right to read whatever posts I would like on this board.

I also feel that I have the right to continue to challenge when someone wishes harm upon me, my friends, my family OR anyone I care about. I feel that I have the right to be pissed off when that person not only does not apologize, but further denies saying it even though it is there in black and white, and instead chooses to launch personal attacks of my intelligence by getting in a Webster's dictionary pissing match instead of taking accountability and responsibility that something shitty was said.

So no, I will not let it go. No, I will not ignore her. I will continue to defend myself...and if you all want to defend her while she wishes ill upon innocent poeple, so be it. But I'm not okay with it and I never will be.

I get all that and there is a difference between defending yourself and keeping the whole conversation going by escalating and/or picking at it for days and days.

Talk to her about it then.

I think maybe you should read back to where this all started yesterday and see what I said vs. what she said, because I was mostly reacting to what she was saying. I started by discussing a moderator related issue, that used something she said as a relevant example, and it turned into her calling me a liar, telling me I didn't know how to read, didn't understand words, wasn't fluent in English, etc....largely unprovoked. Why is that okay, and why am I immature?

And pea, why are you instigating in something that has nothing to do with you anyway? Why do you keep going? At least when I use my pointy stick in a thread or post that directly involves me, I can explain why I am. What's your explanation? Why do you keep pushing when you know it's going to piss me off, and are you any better than any of the people you are chastising if this is how you choose to act?

I think if someone posts something that vexes you, it is totally appropriate to respond to that post. It may even be appropriate for a lot of people to pile on in response to that vexatious post, if indeed that post vexes a lot of people. But it saddens me that we now seem to be starting entire threads that arise ab initio for no real purpose other than to pile on someone, independent of any particular vexatious post. This is at least the second such thread I've seen this weekend, both directed at the same person/ Regardless of how people might feel about said person, it seems a bit, well, excessive.

You are probably right about excessiveness. I am the non-Cowardly-Name-Changing author of the first post of the 2 threads you mentioned. It was not, however, "independent of any particular vexatious post." In another post, I was accused of burying a comment deep within a <(n) exaggerated number>-page thread, in effect, hiding it from the person to whom I was directing my "creepy comment." In other recent exchanges, I have been accused of spreading "hooey" when I've explained the non-sinister intended meanings of misinterpreted posts. The post you mentioned was my juvenile response to those comments.

So why do you keep coming here if you feel like there are so many insulting creeps who don't like you, anyway? The irony is that if you weren't so negative, obstinate and downright mean, maybe they would like you! Or have you already tried being nice and even that didn't work for you? What you consider cliques here are just normal people with senses of humor and social mores who enjoy each others virtual company. Obviously you must have been absent the day they passed out sensibilities because let me guess- you've had this same problem all through your school years and right on into the workplace. And its always "them" and not you right?

You are a very troubled person who actively searches the posts of those who you feel have ever dissed you, for any inkling of provocation to jump on so you can twist it into something that will make you look like the poor trodden victim or the superhero who swoops in to defend the defenseless.

Your behavior is juvenile like the 3rd grade boy who acts out in class or pulls the girls hair. You crave and invite all the negative attention you receive. Is it really that much better than no attention at all?

Sometimes its obvious that you have a mental condition and just can't help the way you are. Either that or you desperately need to get laid.

Maybe I'm just a dumby, but I can usually figure out the MMs and I can't see how this is indicative of anybody, diguised or not.

Would somebody really register a name that had nothing to do with this topic or the subject addressed and just wait over 7 months for the perfect opportunity to post a pretty reasonable and calm message? And wouldn't lb have designated it as a Merry Man as he usually does when a name is registered with a known email or IP?
