Most eyewitness reports that I have read about deny that he was moving toward the cop who shot him. And given what appears to be a coordinated local political response to the incident, this seems to me a case where the cops have even less credibility than usual in a police-shooting incident. --Bob
The autopsy shows that he was shot while his hands were up. Some shots went through him twice in a manner that proves that. The final, fatal, shot went through the top of his head while he was horizontal.
You listened to an interpretation of 'someone's' opinion of what the autopsy shows. There have been several autopsies and each will draw it's own conclusions.

They will all be given a chance to be heard in a court of law.
You seem to think you know a lot: I didn't "listen" to anything. I read it. Why do you think each autopsy will have a different conclusion?

Listened, read, who cares.

I am saying the opposite of that I think I know alot. I am saying no one knows right now what really happened because even an eye witnesses can be confused or remember things differently.

An autopsy needs to be interpreted. Yes, there are bullet holes. Is it an entry hole or an exit hole? Could it be a defensive wound or one obtained by attacking someone? Some of the evidence will be agreed to by all parties, perhaps which was the fatal shot. Many will be up to interpretation. And some will not agree depending on who is doing the interpreting.

Many eyewitness reports were that he was shot down while fleeing the officer. The problem is that the autopsy revealed zero gunshot wounds to the back. I guess the eyewitnesses just confused "running away from" with "moving towards."

The best piecing together of eyewitness reports --- and not contradicted by the autopsy --- is that he first ran away, the officer shot at him, then he raised his hands and started walking back to the officer who then executed him.
