Spoiler
1. Donna - Richie Valens
2. Runaround Sue - Dion
3. Nope
4. The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy) - Harpers Bazaar had the hit. Simon and Garfunkel wrote it (I think).
5. All Right Now - Free
6. Nope
7. Devil Woman - Cliff Richard
8. Ladies Night - Kool and the Gang
9. Stray Cat Strut - Stray Cats
10. Broken Wings - Mr. Mister. I can remember exactly when this hit #1. It was early December 1985. On that first Sunday of that month (I believe it was the 2nd, but I could be mistaken), my father drove two friends of mine and I up to Philadelphia to watch the Vikings play the Eagles. During the ride up, we listened to Kasey Casem, and Broken Wings was number one. The game turned out to be one of the highlights of my sports fandom life. The Vikings were down 23-0 with about 8 and a half minutes left. One ten yard touchdown pass, a fumble recovery TD, and two Anthony Carter long bombs later, the Vikings left with a highly improbable 28-23 victory, one that made the list of the NFL's Ten Greatest Comeback video that I purchased several years ago. And the game is forever linked in my mind with Mr. Mister. Go figure.
11. Piano In The Dark - Brenda Russell. I never hear this song anymore, which is surprising because I think it holds up well.
12. It Ain't Over Til It's Over (or "An Ode to Lisa Bonet") - Lenny Kravitz
13. Shine - Collective Soul
14. Nope
15. I Try - Macy Gray. Whenever I saw Fantasia during the American Idol she eventually won, I thought of Macy Gray.
16. Harder to Breathe - Maroon 5
17. Nope
18. What, no 2009 song??

2. (1961) Ah, I should have known it from the very start

Runaround Sue - Dion & the Belmonts (Anyone else find it ironic that this guy's two best known hits are a song about him bragging about how he goes from girl to girl, and a song about him warning everyone about a girlfriend he had who goes from boy to boy? Not that there's ever be such a doule standard of course.....)

3. (1964) The night-time shadows disappear

2 Become 1 - The Spice Girls (I only know of this song's existence because it was featured on Pop Up Video back in the late 90's, and it is a big time guilty pleasure of mine....)

And smile when you leave
But my smiles are just a front, just a front

JJC Points:

mntetn got a supermax of 5 JJC points for that awesome graph...

TLITF gets a JJC point for including random thoughts even though he said he wasn't going to...

KT gets a JJC point for being 2 blocks away from the correct bridge....

HSoB gets a JJC point for remembering Ladies Night on WWTBAM. Did you see Bixby on there?

elwood got a supermax of 5 JJC points for the image of Pat Boone singing My Humps....

Kroxquo gets 2 JJC points for allowing his new portrait to bring out some personality in his game post....

Clem gets his 5 JJC points, but he seriously overestimates me if he thinks I ever really arm wrestled anyone. I never quite got the appeal of that, and I'm surprised Over the Top didn't completely kill the "macho" activity.....

TBone gets a JJC point for his leisure suit....

starfish gets a JJC point for the backstory on Broken Wings, and for thinking there should have been a 2009 song. I did good rounding up songs for the last couple years....

Estonut gets a JJC point because I gave clem 5 and he'd think I was playing favroites if I didn't give him one....

Marley gets 2 JJC points since I seemed to have skipped right over him.... Oops!

Yeah, you two start talking and the rest of the world just disappears. :P
