My kids think that it's crazy that I am using the Hello Kitty interface for the bored.

Who would have thunk it? I switched over to the Hello, Kitty! style and I like it!

1. It's kind of girly-girly and I'm a girly girl. (I used to be a tomboy, but now I'm a princess, and pink and blue are such pretty colors.)

2. It should keep my mom from getting on my laptop sometimes, not realizing that I'm already signed on, and posting something under my name that I would never say. I hate that.

Here's something I don't understand, though. When I posted in Mr. Uly's QoD thread, the kitty came back with a flowery eye patch over one eye. That confuses me.

Hello Kitty. It makes me want to strafe somebody/something/somewhere. It's just really awful. Awfulawfulawful.
Must go back and play around.
Well, then

Nevermind....

I'd like to think that posting pictures here wouldn't pose those kind of threats, but I really don't know much about that stuff.....

A plague of dung beetles on anyone who uses this Satanic imagery that is so evil and distasteful that only Lucifer himself could have possibly designed it!

I demand that the Bible version of phpBB3 be downloaded at once, or Brother Dave will be sending me a rather large check for his egregious sin of not making The Lord's interface available to all the pagans on this Bored.....
Please make all checks payable to Oral B Roberts Ministries

That's what we need...a King James version of the bored!
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

I can't believe I've stuck with it for so long. Maybe it's just to annoy the beast!

I just got an email from the Disney shopping outlet and of course the backpack I bought for Erin for 20 bucks at WDW is $7.50 online, so I got the jeans I was looking at (dropped from 30 bucks down to 10) plus some t-shirts and the like, and I STILL haven't overdosed on cute pink stuff! Maybe I can turn into a regular girl after all....

How am I supposed to be annoyed by your eyes having to ingest all that pink and sparkles and other vomit-inducing stuff everytime you come here? If anything, I will probably get a kick out of it when all that prettiness finally melts your face..... :P :P :P

There are those who would welcome it. But that wouldn't be enough for them to be happy, they wouldn't rest until it was the only theme available and nobody else had a choice.

When you see an eye patch, that's Hello Kitty telling everybody "Annie posted here!".
