There's a Bureau of Engraving and Printing (or some such) not 3 miles from our house. One of the workers was caught a couple years ago taking some of the bills that didn't pass inspection, and sneaking them out somehow. IIRC, he had over $50,000 worth of "trash" money.

I betcha it'd still spend.

True. I couldn't feel the difference!
