Ah.... the triple is: 12. JOE Hill + 46. BOB Woodruff + 68. Bobby RIGGS = JOE BOB BRIGGS, to go with DRIVE-IN.

I was wrong on David Burke. The chef who won five Beard Awards is TOM COLICCHIO, former owner of Gramercy Tavern.

The anarchist must be Emma Goldman, so there's an Emma in the unanswered questions.

Excellent work, everybody. All of the constructed names in the MATCHES list below are correct, and paired with the correct words. However, one of the pairs itself is incorrect, and if you look back at the original instructions, you'll see where that one fits in.

All the partials are also correct. Comparing the partials to the unmatched words should tell you one name you should be looking for among the unanswered clues.

Only one of the unanswered questions has a correct answer attached -- and that one needs to be in a slightly different form.

Incidentally, one of the reasons General Honore is on this list is that Russel Crouse spelled his first name with only one L. And that was fine, because I needed another military figure anyway.

Edward Tolman would work because Edward was the first name of E.W. Scripps.

Unless Buddy Ryan is hiding, could the bball coach be Bo Ryan? Must have fattened up on wins at Wisc-Gb or wherever he started.

These two came in at exactly the same minute!

It was either Buddy or Bo, and I already had one football name. I try to spread out the sports, although the nature of this game ended up giving me three baseball figures -- Mel Ott, Fred Lynn, and Walter Alston -- all of whom formed names that were too good to pass up.
