WG Update

I haven't been entering any new bills in WG since I went on my coast-to-coast trip last year. Since the COVID-19 shutdown began, I've hardly ever used cash, at all.

But one of my bills (I think one I took on last year's trip) was found in North Dakota today--my 48th state!

I'm still waiting for Mississippi, Montana, and DC.

I had no idea you were active enough in WG to get to 48 states!

MS has always struck me as an odd state for WG'ers to get stuck on, but I know there was at least one person on the site for whom it was their final state...

I've re-found a few of my old bills before.... but never after 7 years!

I despise Alt entries, because one of mine comes from one of the four (out of 102) counties in Illinois I haven't managed to get an official hit in yet...

Covelo looks likes it's a really isolated town in Northern California, which probably doesn't get very many outsiders circulating their currency.

You never know... it may have been around the world several times without being hit, and just happened to end up right back where it started. I know I had a bill before that got hit several states over, and the next hit was right back in my area...

This college town has a very simple economy. We import students, along with piles of their parents' money. Then we export the students four years later, with a diploma.

This George must be lingering in grad school.
