You can declassify documents just by thinking about it?! I was absolutely sure this was a misattribution or a statement out of context until I heard it come out of the 45th President's mouth. How anyone can still think this man is fit to be President is baffling to me.

As I said before, I paid close attention to my classification briefing after I learned the penalties for violating the rules. 45 heard he faced no penalties so he tuned out. He should have had an exit briefing when he left the White House.
