My secret pleasure this summer is watching my stepson adapt to the change in climate after moving from coastal Washington State to the Charleston SC area. He was able to afford a much nicer house here and his son loves the swimming pool life so I think he will adapt.

Having there for 7 years I know it's just scenically gorgeous. But it's become N Cal in prices and attitude. I also remember one year where the sun dint shine for 10 months. Mom and I went to Tahiti...
