I'm not sure why you're engaging. Anyone who claims as anything other than a matter of political hyperbole that President Biden is senile is clearly disengaged from reality. We've seen what it looks like when the person in the Oval Office is untethered from reality and lacks the mental capacity for the job. You see the refusal to acknowledge obvious realities, public suggestions so far removed from reality as to be actively dangerous to those who follow those suggestions, and a complete inability to effectively discharge the office's responsibilities. We haven't seen any of that for nearly seven months. --Bob

Or maybe you're referring to the guy who outed an undercover Israeli agent directly to the Russian government. Who was, of course, the same guy.

Probably as much as the Civil Rights movement tempered his racist comments, behavior and legislation!
It's amazing that the same people who claim Biden is a racist based on a few comments (some of them erroneously reported or taken out of context) culled from 30 years in the public view also claim that he's trying to impose woke culture on this country. James Clyburn knows Biden better than you or the folks at Fox News do, and Clyburn's endorsement probably saved Biden's campaign in South Carolina and turned the primaries around.

The people who are most "offended" by Biden's alleged racism are those who would prefer real racists like Trump to manufactured ones like Biden.

A few comments? Here's a 4-minute read for you, listing undeniably racist comments he has made over DECADES.

Trump hired AA people and let them out of prison. Biden's legislation put them there. I tried to find a list of Biden's Congressional Staff. I'd guess it's overwhelmingly white.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize that the term "cognitive testing" was beyond your understanding.

Here's what WebMD says:
What Is a Cognitive Test?
Cognition can be generally defined as the state or processes of being able to perceive and judge reality effectively. Cognitive tests are designed to determine whether you may have any issues with cognition, also known as cognitive impairment. These tests don't diagnose cognitive problems. Instead, they help your provider determine if you need to take more tests or if there are any cognitive issues you need to address.
Why would a President be so defensive about proving he's not cognitively impaired?

Many of these comments have been shown to have been pulled out of context. Others, like Biden's admiration of Robert Byrd, conveniently ignore the latter's civil rights record over decades. Byrd received much praise from civil rights groups upon his death. As for others, like the claim about Latinos being deported:
A history of medical abuse against Latinx patients and immigrants' fear of deportation often drive vaccine hesitancy in Latinx communities. ... Fears of immigration authorities are rampant as well. Even though the Biden administration has announced that it won’t make routine immigration arrests at vaccination sites, long-standing worries about immigration authorities are hard to overcome.

Even going by your figuring, I counted about a dozen examples, some going as far back as the 1970s. As for Donald Trump, you don't have to go past the many fine people in Charlottesville that he praised.

Legendary porn actor Ron Jeremy has been charged with raping three women and assaulting a fourth. The incidents took place in 2017 and 2019. Apparently, there have been earlier complaints against Jeremy but police would not prosecute. He could face 90 years in prison (he's currently 67) if convicted on all counts. If this situation weren't so serious, it would lend itself to a whole lot of crude jokes.

Ron Jeremy has been indicted by an LA County grand jury on 34 counts of rape and other forcible sexual crimes involving 21 women. The incidents go back to 1996. One of the women was 15 years old at the time of the alleged assault. Jeremy has pleaded not guilty to all charges and will be back in court in October for a pretrial conference.

R. Kelly convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking

Jurors have found R&B singer R. Kelly guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking charges. In all, Kelly could face decades in prison.
Kelly, who has been on trial since Aug. 18, will be sentenced on May 4.

Prosecution witnesses accused Kelly of sexual and physical abuse, while the defense presented witnesses who said they never saw Kelly abuse women but conceded they weren't around for much of the time Kelly was alone with female guests.

Jon Gruden has resigned as coach of the Las Vegas Raiders following a New York Times report indicating that he had used anti-gay and misogynistic slurs in a series of emails over the past several years. He had also used racial slurs in other emails. The Raiders are currently 3-2 following a disappointing loss to the Chicago Bears Sunday.

Natalie Wood's sister, Lana Wood, alleges in a new book entitled Little Sister that her sister Natalie was sexually assaulted as a teenager by Kirk Douglas. The alleged assault occurred in 1955, when Lana and their mother dropped Natalie off at the Chateau Marmont to meet with Douglas. The alleged assault has been the subject of frequent Hollywood rumors in the past, and Natalie Wood's biographer, Suzanne Finstad, claimed that Wood had been assaulted as a teenager by a powerful, married actor more than 20 years older than her.

Finstad has not commented further since Lana Wood's revelation. Michael Douglas has declined comment. On the other hand, Natalie Wood's daughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner claimed that Lana had previously tried to exploit Natalie's death through sensational allegations about the boating incident in which she died.

An arbitrator has ruled that Kevin Spacey and his companies must pay the producers of House of Cards $31 million in damages and attorneys fees for breach of contract resulting from his sexual harrassment. He was suspended when allegations arose of on-set misconduct, and his contract was later terminated. Production had already begun on the last season of the show, but the scripts had to be rewritten (and the season shortened). In the version of the show that finally aired, his character died offscreen before the season's first episode. The arbitration award was confidential after being issued in 2020, but the show producers have now filed in California state court to confirm the award (which would allow them to take legal measures to enforce it against Spacey's assets.

Sexual misconduct allegation against Chris Cuomo led to his firing from CNN, attorney says

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/05/attorne ... iring.html

A sexual misconduct allegation led to the firing of CNN primetime anchor Chris Cuomo, attorney Debra Katz said Sunday.

Katz said her client, whom she declined to name, came forward after Cuomo made comments on-air relating to caring about sexual harassment issues and following the revelation that he helped his brother, former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, respond to sexual harassment allegations.

“Hearing the hypocrisy of Chris Cuomo’s on-air words and disgusted by his efforts to try to discredit these women, my client retained counsel to report his serious sexual misconduct against her to CNN,” Katz said in a statement.

She reported the allegations to CNN, she said, and offered to provide “documentary evidence” of her allegations.

“My client came forward at this time because she felt in sharing her story and related documentation, she could help protect other women,” Katz said. Katz also represents Charlotte Bennett, a former health policy advisor in Andrew Cuomo’s administration who accused the former governor of inappropriate behavior.

Steven Goldberg, a spokesperson for Chris Cuomo, issued a statement earlier Sunday denying the allegations.

Actor Jeff Garlin has left the TV series The Goldbergs following an HR investigation into numerous complaints of physical and verbal conduct on the set that made staffers uncomfortable. This was a "mutual decision" by both Garlin and the producers. It's unclear how the show will handle the absence of his character, the father on the titular family in the series. Both sides have been very vague about the nature of the allegations beyond claims that he would give staffers unwanted hugs, which he would excuse by saying he was just a big teddy bear (Garlin's physique does rather resemble a large teddy bear).

Actor Chris Noth, whose character abruptly departed the Sex and the City reboot recently, has been accused by two different women of sexually assaulting them. The incidents took place in 2004 and 2015 and the women reported them independently to the Hollywood Reporter. The alleged assaults took place in Los Angeles and New York, and the women were 22 and 25 at the time (Noth was 49 and 60). Noth admits having relations with the women but contends that their get-togethers were consensual.

Joss Whedon, he of Buffy and The Avengers fame, is accused by actors Ray Fisher and Gal Gadot of mistreatment and behavior described as "“gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.”

In 2017, his ex-wife, Kai Cole, published a sensational open letter about him on the movie blog The Wrap. She condemned him as a “hypocrite preaching feminist ideals” and accused him of cheating on her throughout their marriage, including with actresses on the set of Buffy.
