1st, 25,000 is 0.008% of 320 million, 2nd, the average home has 2.5 people so 25,000 homes represents 0.02%, or about what Jeb Bush got in Iowa...give or take a bushel.
It's those 0.5 people in each household that really matter....

In my defense, that's CarShark's math. When I shortened his earlier post to quote it, I obviously screwed it up and put those stats outside the quote of his in which they originally appeared.
That's what happens when you trust right wing mathematics.
