This story supplied a few irony infused chuckles to the guys in my fraternity. We had a guy in my pledge class several decades ago named Brian Williams. Very few people in our fraternity called him Brian. His nickname was what we used whenever we wanted to get his attention. That nickname was "Bullshit" and it was given for Brian's propensity for tall tales. Our Brian was not related to the Brian at NBC.

I have seen it all over facebook and the internet. The left's branding of Scott Walker is in full force. It's amazing how it happens, but there are enough useful idiots out there that it works. They do their best to create a caricature of any conservative or republican that is a threat to them. And that's what they're doing to Walker.

They have started on Ben Carson, too. The SPLC gang had put him on their 'Hate Watch' list. They had to take him off it because it was so frickin obvious a smear that even they recognised how stupid it was.

Ted Cruz is a man of integrity and vision. But the left (along with the republican establishment) has pretty much succeeded in branding him, so he is, at least now, segregated to the background. Every one of the potential candidates on the right will have this happen to them at one point or another. The intensity of it will be in proportion to how much of a threat they are to the Washington ruling elite. Why does it not happen to the left? Why are idiots like Pelosi, Reid, Biden, et al taken seriously by the mainstream media, and people like Ted Cruz are marginalized? Because there is no one on the left who is a threat to the Washington Ruling Class.
