Paquette never hit 4 HRs in a game.
Not sure he ever got 4 total bases in a game.

I think the Mets gave Tatis a minor league contract.

I was at the game, by the way, when Tatis entered the record books, and dragged Chan Ho Park with him. --Bob

Tatis didn't hit 4 homers in a game (That was Whiten for the Cardinals). Tatis' claim to fame was the feat Bob mentioned....

This was the first game I ever saw Paquette play in (It was also the first game I ever saw in KC), and the main reason he became one of my faves....

Oh yeah. My bad. Although Bob's message doesn't specifically say it, I now want to say Tatis had 2 slams in one inning. Right?

I didn't notice Bob didn't mention the feat, but you are correct....

I wonder how much "good stuff" he got from McGwire during his only 2 good seasons....

I've often wondered if the Craig Paquette playing MLB is the same one I knew when he was a 4YO kid growing up across the street from Gilbert Elementary School in Garden Grove, CA. He was one sweet, but VERY tough kid.

That would be funny if it was. He was born in Long Beach, and he'll turn 39 tomorrow....

I have never heard of him, but whenever I see the first name Fernando, I think that Lamas needs follow it.
