Austin, TX
Ron lives in an apartment with only a bed for furniture. He also hosts pub trivia nights in Austin and it's paid off, he now has $250,000 in his bank! All of his lifelines are gone.
Ron shows Meredith that he's still wearing his lucky underwear.
Ron, I was really pulling for you to go all the way. Oh, and if I may ask, I get the "fresh" part of your bored handle, but why "shoefresh"?

The only member of Lewis and Clark's expedition to die during the history journey, Charles Floyd reportedly died from what?
A: Mountain lion attack B: Typhoid fever
C: Gunshot wound D: Appendicitis
Ron says the gamble is different than it was yesterday. He thinks he'd narrow it down to A and D
, but this is ten years salary to him! Meredith says that, as a gambler, Ron probably has two different voices talking to him, now.
Ron: That's right! One in my head and one in my pants.
Audience: [Laughter]
Meredith: Just keep it in your pants.
Ron wants to say Mountain lion attack
but he decides he would hate himself more if he guesses wrong than if he had the right answer and walks. He walks away with $250,000.
D: Appendicitis
The "dysentery" answer made me wonder if you've played too much Oregon Trail.
Without having the rest of your stack to review I don't know if I would have made it this far, but had I done so, I'd have gotten this one. I'm not sure why I knew it, but elwing (my wife) knew it as well, so it must have been something we read about during the bicentennial celebration of the expedition.
