What did you think of the weather this past week?

Re: Hey SC's four legged clan....
Thank you for asking, Miss Cindy. I would have liked it a lot if we'd had snow. Me and Tigger used to have a lot of fun in the snow, because you could stick your nose it in and throw it up high so it fell down again on your head. We didn't have snow last week. We only had ice. You can't stick your nose in the ice.cindy.wellman wrote:What did you think of the weather this past week?
I liked some things and I didn't like other things.
I don't like all the tree parts and pointy sticks that fell in the yard. We still don't have very much room to play outside. Mostly, I didn't like walking on the ice. A long time ago on a Really Bad Day, a minivan bit me hard, so I had to go to the hospital, and my legs don't always work as good as they used to. I don't like slippery places. I also didn't like going in the street to get into the car, because I've learned that mean minivans might be there.
I did like snuggling with my mom, because she'd let us crowd up next to her and get under the covers. I also liked it when two squirrel nests fell into the yard. Lizbit and I did science labs to find out how the nests were made. At first, Lizbit thought the nests would have squirrel eggs, but I didn't make fun of her, because I used to be not so smart, too. Anyway, we took the nests apart to see how they were built. Squirrels use twigs, fuzzy pieces of stuffed toys, and duct tape! Who knew? I intend to write up our findings for a scientific journal.
We started to get a little bit of snow one day, but my mom scared it away and no more came.

But the fact that the evil squirrels have learned this secret is...disturbing!
