It's too early in the year for me to start paying attention to baseball. I have some perfectly good basketball teams that still need my partial and easily distracted attention.

Evan says both of the OK teams are doing well

They are! Everyone around here steps softly for fear of hexing them. We've never been in this situation before.

well that was good. right into Melly's strong spot, it seems.

I was going to put her with T-Bone, might as well.

Metroliners vs Automobilists

8-2

I had to look up that Park and Gordon were still playing, and the point is one with Phils, one no longer with Phils.

I never stop paying attention to baseball. As soon as the last out of the season is recorded, I am aready thinking about who might be on next year's roster.

I haven't followed basketball (other than glimpses of the standings on occasion) since Willis Reed and Walt Frazier & the gang were lighting it up for the Knicks. I lost interest shortly after their run ended.

Hockey is fun in person, but I can't warm to it on tv.

I like football a lot, but it feels like my team hasn't made the playoffs since they wore leather helmets, so the NFL season is always bittersweet..

I could never get baseball out of my system.

The trick to watching hockey on TV:

DONT BOTHER TRYING TO WATCH THE PUCK.

Watch the players.

What is happening with the puck will become obvious.

Just like the advice to any kid playing D for the first time "Play the man, not the puck".

I actually like baseball. That is I like watching the games, preferably in person on a pleasant afternoon. My thing is that I don't care who is playing, and I don't necessarily pay attention to the names of the players.

Unless bazeboll has been berry, berry good to them.
