So, do we get a day-by-day accounting, ala gsabc??

Not day-by-day, but I'll tell you the important stuff.
Looks like the menu is:
Butler passed goat cheese crustini and chicken/pineapple skewers
when guests arrive
Buffet will include a Tuscan Platter (olives, cheeses, meats, tomatoes
baguettes, olive salad, pepperoncini, red & yellow peppers, etc.
bacon wrapped scallops
crab meat stuffed wontons
stuffed mushrooms
new potatoes
spinach artichoke dip
carving station with beef tenderloin
I don't think I'm leaving out anything. If I did, I'll edit it and add it later. My brain is scrambled
at the moment.

Bacon-wrapped scallops is one of my all-time favorite wedding buffet foods.
The Tuscan antipasto platter is very cool, too.

We picked out the cake back in August, so I'm sketchy on that at the moment. Natalie has pictures and
the flavors. We did a tasting, but that was a long time ago. I'll get back to you on that!
p.s. did you get my email??

You're so funny. I'm actually in this photo, but I cropped it to take myself out.

Re: 50 days
You always make me look up stuff, don't you? The reception is priced per person depending on the food
choices, of course. You go cheap, middle or high. She originally told us anywhere from $17 - 30 a head
although she led you know who to believe we could get by for about $20 a person.
He believed her, although Natalie and I laughed and said no way. After the tasting yesterday and the
choices, we are, of course, at the high end. It's no where near what I see on "Platinum Weddings".
We could have cut close to $10 a person if we had left out the beef tenderloin, but we felt like we
really needed one carving station.
The butler passed appetizers are actually the cheapest things on the menu. They aren't high end foods
and there aren't very many of them.
