cry

#1 Post by kayrharris » Sun Nov 30, 2008 3:16 pm

I woke up with a major headache this morning. This was quickly followed by a nauseous feeling
with nothing specific, just generally feeling queasy.

Then I got a call from brother. Had to call 9-1-1 and take my 91 year old mother to the hospital.
Not sure right now what's going on but it could possibly be a mild heart attack.

Just sat down after clearing all the people out after lunch, turned the TV on to watch a ballgame
and I just realized I didn't make my picks this week! Arggh!

Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. I just may go crawl back in it.

Sorry I did not see this earlier. The Panthers game and then work had all my attention.

I hope things improve, on all fronts.

I hope the news about your mom is as good as it can be, Kay. And you get over whatever's affecting you, too!

Kay,

Can you give us an up-date on your Mom?

Thanks for asking. I just finished talking to my sister. We're still not real sure, but I
have a feeling it is congestive heart failure. Something is causing the fluid buildup.
Her doctor today said she wouldn't be going home any time soon. I hope to have more
comprehensive information tomorrow.

Kay, hope you're feeling alright, and that you'll hear news about your mom soon. They should be able to get her condition under control soon w/hospitalization and medication.

Sending positive thoughts your way.
