Have any of the Bored's California voters had the time yet to get up to speed on Proposition 7? Even though it purports to be an environmental protection measure, it's apparently being opposed by most or all of the environmental groups. I asked a friend who's an active environmentalist, and he told me he hasn't decided yet about it.
So can anyone give me facts that will help me make up my mind? Thanks. --Bob
