He’s definitely a moron regarding computer stuff. He also did not make the video of him taking a shit on American people by fighter jet. But he posted that one too.
What you’re saying is, he saw a video, but only saw it for all of 10 seconds, and he felt, as a representative of our country, on a platform that billions around the world can see, that he would just post the rest of the video without even looking at it?
