If you are going to bring bogus charges against people you don't like, maybe you should pick an attorney who has actually done something like this before.

One thing keeping this administration from doing even more damage is their sheer incompetence.

It helps a lot if you also have extremely corrupt judges on your side.
Seems like Alvin Bragg and Leticia James at least got their man. Their cases weren't thrown out at the very first opportunity like Lindsey Halligan's.

It's also amazing the staggering number of corrupt or incompetent judges that somehow find their way onto Republican cases. Many of those judges appointed by Republicans including Donald Trump.

Yeah, amazing how the most leftist judges always get picked for cases involving Trump. And they almost always get assigned to the bluest jurisdictions.

Criminal cases are "assigned" to the jurisdictions where the crimes occurred.
