Shock at a White House meeting

I was watching an announcement by President Trump along with RFK Jr., Dr. Oz and other speakers about an agreement to lower drug prices. It ended abruptly when an attendee collapsed. Luckily Dr. Oz, who really is a fine doctor, was right there.
I checked the news websites for more details and learned that the same thing happened in April when Dr. Oz was sworn in. Back then it was a young girl and she was OK.

I see a pattern.

Trump just standing there behind the oval office desk, doing nothing besides glaring, is an appropriate metaphor for his leadership of our great country.

The meeting resumed about an hour later. Trump said the man, a drug company executive, is OK.

BS you morally corrupt skank.
He immediately leaned over and watched as the man was being attended to by 4-5 others, including Dr. Oz. What would you have a 79 year-old non medical professional do?

RFK Jr. turned around and went the other way when it happened.
Maybe he was looking for some leeches to apply.

I will concede Trump is likely barely functional from a cognitive standpoint these days, so maybe he didn't know what to do.
But incredibly damning still. "Look to the helpers," I tell my child.

Maybe he went to ensure access to the area for any first responders being called. What exactly should he have done?

The more I think about it, the more I think that Trump was pissed that his little dog and pony show got sidetracked

This is all they got, but it keeps them occupied.
And it seems to work well with their base. Sherrill and Hamberger's complete campaigns and platforms were 'I'm against trump'. And it worked, by golly! Because these are two types of democrat voters. Those that actually believe the republicans are the ones that shut the government down. And the ones who know very well the democrats shut it down but are lying to and convincing the former group the republicans did.

I think what happened was people realizing that Trump does nothing for them. On the same day that SNAP benefits expired, and with insurance premiums ballooning, he held a Great Gatsby themed party with the slogan, “a little party never killed anyone.”
He’s a piece of shit and you’re a piece of shit for supporting him. Losers like you will start and end the Trump administration empty handed.

And dems have no responsibility for any of this. But of course.

Not very original, but a worthy addition to the ol' signature. Thanks, doc.

I can't remember. Was it Bob or SSS who once said that weyoun was a level-headed conservative?
Shows how perceptive they have always been.

In the state of Georgia, there were about 400,000 more Democratic voters of one of those two kinds than there were Republican voters of any kind. That says a lot about your home state, doesn't it Flock?
Right now Sherrill and Spanberger are keeping themselves occupied getting ready to givern their states for the next four years.

Of course, if this same thing had occurred at a Biden press conference and that same photo was taken with that same expression on Biden's face, every right wing commentator from Hannity to Tucker Carlson would have been touting it as definitive proof of Biden's dementia/senility.

I do not speak for republicans. They are having many discussions about what went wrong in Georgia. Lots of theories. But you know what? None of them are calling for any democrats to be killed. Or their children. Or calling for anything illegal to be done. That's their major problem. Most true republicans have ethical and moral limits. Dems and rinos have none. We bring boxing gloves to a knife fight.
400,000 votes huh? Tell me, where did Biden's 12 million voters go from 2020 to 2024? How did Biden get 13 million more votes in 2020 than Obama ever did? I've told you, but you don't want to hear it. Scuse me if I have some skepticism, but we can't have that, can we? But I know from personal experience who the real election deniers are.

Tell that to the family of Melissa Hortman.

To the family of Melissa Hortman:
Not one person that I know or have ever heard of connected to the Republican Party in Georgia, or any conservative person I know has ever spoken about or considered, as far as I know of, hurting, assaulting, injuring or performing any acts of violence against anyone else, much less any democrat party member. All of them, without exception, completely and totally condemn any type of politically driven violence like the kind that took your family members, took Charlie Kirk, and almost took Steve Scalese and Donald Trump.
Did anyone from your party ask Jay Jones to explain his texts to the family of Melissa Hortman? And how does your party elect someone like him? Or even allow him to be on the ballot for the top law enforcement officer in the state, much less animal control officer?
Will that do, SSS?
I think that your response was particularly scummy.
You know, I try and answer your questions and accusations. I just did on a very shitty one. Why don't you try and answer the questions I just posed above? Why was it OK to ignore Jones's texts? AFAIK, he didn't even try to deny them. Or do you even know what I am referring to? If a republican texted stuff like that, wouldn't you be outraged?

My party didn't elect Jay Jones. 1,750,000 Virginians did, and I would assume that most of them knew about those texts. Abigail Spanberger condemned the remarks (for which Jones apologized), as did many other Democrats. But I guess the voters of Virginia decided they would rather have someone who made some texts in jest than the representative of a party that had embraced a 34-time convicted felon as their standard-bearer.
For the record, I wouldn't have been upset if Jones had lost the race. And I think he's going to resign shortly after he takes office so the General Assembly can fill the office under Virginia law (I looked it up).

The remarks by Jones are terrible. Looks like the voters of Virginia took a look at the situation and they decided that his opponent was still the bigger piece of shit. Consider some soul-searching about how awful Trumpism is.

You really have the gall to go back to the fraudulent lawfare concocted by the criminal Leticia James with her criminal relatives and Alvin Bragg with their incredibly corrupt judges? Go and read the Arctic Frost documents. I predict and hope those 34 felonies are also about to be overturned. Your ubiquitous 60 court cases are in big trouble too, once Harmeet gets her hands on the actual Georgia ballots. Haven't heard much from Fani lately, either, have we. She's probably headed to jail herself. All the lawfare will be overturned and the perpetrators of it will face an accounting. It's called JUSTICE.
Your incredibly corrupt Fulton County is hopefully on their last legs. Why, SSS, if the 2020 election was so pure and above reproach, is everyone connected with Fulton County doing everything possible to illegally hide, delay and censor any verification of that election? Deny eminently qualified people their appointments to the election board and refuse to obey the law. Aren't elections supposed to be transparent and verifiable? They are under numerous court orders to hand over the 2020 ballots for inspection, but they just ignore the courts and the law. What are you going to go with as their excuse, SSS?
