Reminds me of my favorite prostate exam joke. O.K. its the only prostate exam joke I know. So, it IS my favorite.

A man is visiting the urologist for the first time when the urologist tells him to drop his pants and bend over.
The man does so and hears the familiar and disconcerting SNAP! of latex gloves and hears the urologist say,
"Bob, looks like you may be getting excited. This is your first prostate exame, but stay calm. Nothing to get excited about, really."
The man says, "Sorry, my name is Carl."
The urologist then replies, "I know. I'm Bob".
