>>>"Mulino announced he would not renew Panama's participation in China's Belt and Road Initiative once the current agreement expires, following a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday."<<<

Since the President of Panama has announced that his administration will not renew the deal with China that is part of China's Belt and Road Initiative-I wonder if we had a little Trump as the public Bad Cop and Rubio as the private Good Cop thing going on here.

Progress on Panama. Yay. Not done having fun yet.

I think we can all agree that a Harris Administration would not have even had Chinese influence on the Canal on their radar screen. Let alone made significant progress on it in the first 2 weeks.

I hope the same approach works when Bibi visits Washington this week, leading to a permanent Gaza ceasefire.

BTW, the point man on Israel-Gaza is Steve Witkoff, not the Secretary of State. Maybe they’re downplaying the fact that while Biden had multiple Jews in his cabinet (including State, Treasury and Homeland Security), now even the ambassador to Israel is a Christian.

No, we can't agree that. First of all, nothing has happened yet. The President of Panama said they would "not renew the deal," which expires in "one or two years." Ever seen an agreement that has an indefinite expiration date? Plenty of time for people to forget about this. "we will STUDY ending it even earlier." Just sounds to me like other world leaders have a keen grasp of how Trump operates. Second, how do you know what a Harris administration would or would not have done?

Well, I would always lean heavily towards the "would not have done" because she could or wouldn't even do a news cofernence as a candidate, or Vice-President.

Basically, because they never did anything. Pretty good indicator.

Again, Trump was pretty clear about his agenda and he won the election. So sit back and watch what happens, like we did for the last 4 years. He is cleaning up the mess that Biden/Harris created in the past 4 years. If Trump creates a mess, maybe you can find a democrat that someone could stand to vote for in 4 years to clean up his mess.

Or, word could be out that we are run by an asshole, and everyone is behind the scenes now plotting against us.

Hmmmmm. Can you point me to the press conference where Trump elucidated this policy prior to the election? I must have missed that one.

Can you point us to press conferences where Biden elucidated his policies prior to election. Be. Serious.

Um, Biden was not running. I was responding to someone who said that Harris did not say anything in press conference about Panama. I was just curious what I missed about Trump's policy about Panama.

I think Trump learned a lot in his 4 year exile from the election he won.

He spoke about most things every day on the campaign, but did not talk about certain things that the Biden regime could have taken preemptive
sabotage actions on. His Panama ideas would have been one of those. He only spoke out about that after he was elected.

Which ones, specifically? I can take criticism, as long as it's constructive. All I've heard so far are veiled insults and non-specific claims of how horrible "my side" is.

MrK. Tell your pal Weyoun about constructive criticism. Good luck

I'm not defending Weyoun, and I have not mentioned him. If you remember, I declined to defend him long ago. Still waiting for that list.

One reason you’re so terrible is that you don’t find the situation awful that we had to choose between the two - you preferred the asshole all along.
