Yes, Ifonly, there is another way. Enforce the border and dissuade people from even attempting to swim across the river in the first place. Close down and prosecute the NGOs and government agencies that are promoting and facilitating illegal entry into this country. Actually fight the drug cartels instead of enabling them. And deport the criminals that the current administration has let into this country for their own political purposes. And let it be known the world over that illegally entering this country will NOT be tolerated anymore. You can come into this country under a certain set of rules and laws, which will be enforced.
