It's what the humor was based on and intelligent voters will take it in the spirit given. Democrat voters won't, unfortunately for the country.

Sure. :-). He’s deeply worried about Puerto Rico’s waste management system, and meant nothing else by that comment. Let me guess - this is from the same blog that said Noem definitely needed to murder that dog.
