Actually, there is a case pending in the Fifth Circuit (which is very conservative) questioning the constitutionality of the statute under which Biden was convicted. His attorney will undoubtedly raise that issue on appeal.

Hunter Biden is now eligible to run for the GOP nomination for president.

In a 2023 case, the Fifth Circuit ruled that the law banning firearm ownership for illegal drug users violated the Second Amendment. The defendant in that case was pulled over at a traffic stop and they found a rifle and marijuana butts in his car. He admitted to using marijuana, which is considered an illegal drug under this law. That case is only binding law in the Fifth Circuit (MS, LA, and TX) unless another Circuit adopts that reasoning or the Supreme Court issues a decision on the issue. If the Third Circuit (which includes Delaware) adopts the same reasoning, it would follow that asking about drug use on a permit application would also be banned under the Second Amendment. I'm sure Biden's attorneys will raise this case in his appeal.

I don't really care what happens to Hunter Biden. He is and always has been a perverted pawn. Apparently, he got convicted based on Russian Disinformation, right? How about those 51 liars and, I think, traitors who threw the 2020 election? When will they get their trials? And when will the media conglomerate wise up and maybe try to start telling us the truth?

What was really learned here is that Trump was right again. They really are the Fake News.

The deep state managed to finagle 34 felony convictions against Trump for a bookkeeping entry.

These scumbags should be tried in a venue like Montana for deliberately using their offices to influence an election by spreading disinformation.
