This is exactly what I have been warning about for years. The willful skirting, ignoring and sweeping under the rug of real issues. No one on either side is going to trust the election results BECAUSE of inaction. The LEFT are the real election deniers. They deny anything that gets in the way of their narrative.

I do not participate in personal attacks and name calling in discussions here and find it tiresome when others (of both sides) do so. However I am calling this out. I find it contemptible to call Steve's health issues as he described them in the other thread as "things not going his way" and thinking he gives a rat's ass about this at the moment. Maybe he will respond and if he does, he is a stronger person than I am because I sure as hell wouldn't. He is potentially in a fight for his life on top of the other health issues he has dealt with for himself and his wife.

If you, or BackinTX, or even Spock had major health issues such as these I would express my concern and send good vibes. That is what compassionate human beings do for each other.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has announced charges against 11 fake electors. The charges include fraud, forgery and conspiracy.

Seven other people were indicted in Arizona besides the fake electors. The names are redacted for now, but based on the descriptions in the indictment, they are Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Christina Bobb, Boris Epshteyn, and Michael Roman. Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator in Arizona. Giuliani, Eastman, Meadows, and Roman have been indicted in Georgia as well, and Jenna Ellis has already pleaded guilty in Georgia.

Jenna Ellis has reached a cooperation agreement with officials in Arizona as part of the state's “fake elector" case, the Arizona attorney general's office announced Monday.

The state is dropping the charges against Ellis in exchange for her cooperation, officials said.

Ellis was facing nine felonies as part of the case.

Yes. The Chairman, John Fevier, who was the Waffle House CEO, is Brian Kemp's appointee. He is a 'charmer', but he is there to carry Kemp's water. He has done everything he can to deny and suppress the Rossi evidence and to protect Kemp and Raffensperger. He kept insisting the Rossi case was closed in May. But it wasn't. I was there, so were hundreds of others. To block the case from being sent to the Attorney General, he called an illegal executive session, where it's alleged he made a deal to get a 'monitoring team' to oversee Fulton County in November. When they came back, Lindsey made an intervening motion where he said if the monitoring team was not agreed by the July meeting, he would agree to Dr. Johnston's motion. He only made that concession in order to give the impression of some 'impartiality', because most of the public comments that day were for him to resign. That was accepted based upon that contingency.

The monitoring team was not agreed to in July. Ed Lindsey was kicked out. Fevier then took it upon himself to arbitrarily declare at every opportunity that the Rossi case was closed, because Lindsey couldn't make that motion. Today it came to a head. His proposed monitoring team was a joke. It consisted of the former chief counsel for Raffensperger and all his cronies that declared there were no problems with 2020 and 2022. The other team that was suggested didn't have enough democrats on it, because none would volunteer. So no agreement could be made.

Finally, Dr. Johnston reintroduced the motion to refer the case to the AG, and to stipulate the AG had to get advice as to whether he is conflicted (which there is much evidence that he is). If he is unable or unwilling to do the investigation, he must turn it over to third party independent investigators. Fevier declared the motion out of order once again. So Dr. Johnston moved to override his ruling. That motion passed and she made the historic motion, which you can see in the above video. Fevier made a point to warn them about the lawfare that was about to be launched against them, and made sure his name was out of it, like the all the cowards have done for the past 4 years.

We will see what happens next. I expect all kinds of 'weird' lawfare coming out of nowhere. Right now there is nothing against Johnston, King or Jeffares. If things start magically coming out of the ground about them, you'll have your verification of the existence of lawfare, if you doubt it now.

The tricks, lies, intimidation and power manipulations that are being used are completely transparent to anyone who pays any attention. But unfortunately, very few people do, especially the 'unbiased' press. They were at these meetings, just as I was. Their reporting bears no resemblance to the actual events. It would be laughable if it weren't so sad.

Oh, and by the way, the Kemp-appointed Chairman of the GA SEB has decided he feels 'unsafe' and arbitrarily decided, on his own, that subsequent meetings will be held virtually. This was in response to when the democrats called up their minions and disrupted the July meeting so the State Police had to threaten them. I have been to many meetings before that, and aside from applause and a few boos, no meeting had any trouble. Very few of these minions had any clue about the issues being considered. They were just brought out to protest us. It just happened for the first time at our County Election Board meeting last week. Dozens of them showed up that had never been to a previous meeting, and they filled the public comments with ignorant talking points. But they were only a little less ignorant than the Board members were. They had no clue of the rules for the challenges we submitted. It was laughable and may be prosecutable. But I digress.

Jack Smith has taken action in both his cases against Trump.

In the Mar-a-Lago documents case, he appealed Judge Cannon’s dismissal of the case on the grounds that his appointment was illegal. Other defendants, such as Hunter Biden, tried getting their cases thrown out too, but every judge whose name isn’t Aileen Cannon has rejected that argument.

In the election interference case, Smith rewrote the indictment, omitting mention of Trump’s meetings with Justice Department and other government officials, since the Supreme Court ruled that those are official duties that can’t be used to prosecute him.

And a trial date has been set for the Arizona fake electors case: January 5, 2026, five years after the crimes were committed.

New York Judge Merchan will announce his decision on nullifying Trump’s hush money conviction because of presidential immunity Nov. 12. Sentencing is postponed till Nov. 26 — no more pre-election spectacles. Also, his effort to move the case to federal court failed again.

And in the least momentous of Trump’s legal battles, the estate of Isaac Hayes Jr. got a court order forbidding the Trump campaign from using the song “Hold On, I’m Coming,” which Hayes co-wrote.
