Plus you have to look at the actions of the people on scene. When Biden started going walkabout across Europe, the Italian leader sure thought that he needed to be protected from himself and brought him back to the group.

I guess we'll all find out next week if Trump bothers to show up for the debate.

Trump agreed to debate biden anytime, anywhere. And even though the the biden puppets rigged it so that every possible thing is in biden's favor, he still will be there. They didn't think he would accept those rules, and they fed you that lie, but he did and he will.

What is biased and unfair? That Trump won't be allowed to interrupt, wander around the stage, and disrupt Biden when he's trying to speak? That the moderators will hold each candidate to strict time limits and cut off the mics if they talk too long? These are the rules that are used for every high school and college debate in the country. If Trump pulled his usual stunts in a formal debate, he'd be disqualified in the first five minutes. In some courts, they will cut off a lawyer in the middle of a sentence if they exceed their time limit in oral argument.

They ask Trump a question. He has two minutes to respond. Then Biden has one minute to reply. Then they ask Biden a question and repeat the procedure through 90 minutes. Trump is even going to get the last two-minute closing statement.

And why is it unfair not to have an audience? The purpose of the debate is supposedly to hear Trump and Biden out on the issues, not to have Trump play to whichever shills he's arranged to get seats for in a studio audience. Nixon and Kennedy debated without an audience.

Trump doesn't have to answer any specific question. (Neither does Biden.) He can spend his two minutes talking about batteries and sharks and rigged trials if he wants. Presumably, Biden would note a non-responsive answer by Trump.

This is a debate, not a three-ring reality show circus which Trump likes.

What the hell kind of questions is he going to present? I'm sure nothing that I'm interested in hearing any answers to. He is even more in the tank than you are. And on the same floundering network that gave Donna Brazile the questions they were going to ask and were passed on Hillary.

I knew Biden was in trouble when he opened his mouth and was hoarse. He supposedly had a cold but he could have cleared his throat and taken some water while Trump was responding to the first question. There were a lot of shots of Trump smirking, which didn't go over well. Unfortunately, there were an equal number of shots of Biden staring and looking lost, which went over even worse.

Biden missed a chance to challenge Trump a lot of times (how migrants are ruining social security; actually they're paying into social security but they won't get any benefits out of it). And the millions of migrants from prisons and insane asylums; completely untrue and completely unchallenged. The networks will fact check Trump on this tomorrow but nobody cares about that except the people who were never going to vote for Trump anyway.
