Re: 2000 Mules
Occasionally voters choose a candidate mainly as a protest against the other side.
It happened in 2008 when the electorate was fed up with George W. Bush after the Iraq war, Hurricane Katrina and an economic meltdown. On paper, McCain was more qualified to be president than Obama, but no Republican could have won that year. Then Obama got the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing other than not being George W. Bush.
Similarly in 2020, many voters were dismayed by the pandemic and Trump’s excesses, and regretted not having voted for Clinton in 2016.

I’m guessing that your flight was delayed and that you’ve been enjoying the benefits of the airport’s VIP club again.BackInTex wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2026 4:11 pmThat goes without saying.
You're getting ahead of yourself.
Joe Biden got 81 million votes, without campaigning. No hype. No rallies. Just sat in his basement, napping maybe. That's the disease.
The cause would be unlawful votes, ballot harvesting, fraud. That's what's not been found.

Boordoc - its what I've taken to using to refer to those in my periphery who've earned my complete and utter disdain.

Re: 2000 Mules
And that's what I pointed out to Flock. For an election this size to be rigged would require a massive conspiracy, involving dozens or even hundreds of people. Totals would need to be manipulated in multiple jurisdictions in multiple states, and this would involve election officials as well as lower-level poll workers and people harvesting illegal ballots and doing other legwork.
Yet in the six years since the election, not one person has come forward to blow the whistle on even a small part of this "conspiracy." Not one person with a crisis of conscience or a tendency to blab too much when they shouldn't or getting jammed up on other criminal charges and looking to cut a deal. Flock explains that the prosecutors in all these jurisdictions don't want to look into it for various reasons, so now we've got two conspiracies, a vote-rigging conspiracy and a cover-up, all without a single witness. Not even someone willing to blow the whistle anonymously to a friendly journalist. Don't you think that Fox News would love to blow the lid off this "conspiracy" if that had a shred of evidence to support it? Is this really plausible?

You seriously think anyone, like, at all, regrets not voting for Hillz? That is hands down the funniest thing you've ever posted.jarnon wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2026 5:01 pmOccasionally voters choose a candidate mainly as a protest against the other side.

Re: 2000 Mules
I'd also note that the 2020 ballots in every state had numerous other races on the ballot that varied from precinct to precinct. Here in Georgia, we had two Senate races, 14 House races, and races for every state House and Senate seat, along with offices like district attorney and sheriff. Someone looking to rig the election would need to either vote only for president, which would look very suspicious in the audits that were held in every state after the election or complete all those other races on all those different ballots.silverscreenselect wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2026 5:24 pmYet in the six years since the election, not one person has come forward to blow the whistle on even a small part of this "conspiracy."

Apparently, it takes you quite a chunk of time to compose a coherent comment. It doesn't take me any time at all. I can even multi-task! I've found Beebs is quite adept, as well. Keep trying!wbtravis007 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2026 7:08 pmY’all sure do seem to spend a lot of time and effort to add to your profuse comments about him, notwithstanding your professions of being disinterested.

Well, we had two choices. And we had a crisis going on at the time that was not really going too well. (With recent events, I think we are being reminded why maybe we shouldn’t put this guy in charge of anything).BackInTex wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2026 4:11 pmThat goes without saying.

Wrong, again. I have no reason (or desire) to know where you came up with my snazzy nickname, and literally could not care less. If pressed, I'd guess from one of your fever dreams, or a bout of the DTs. I'd guess you got Beebs' from your crippling fear of smart women, or general misogyny.

Dunno, if you were *that* smart, you would have found a snazzier nickname for me. Wait, I know - you’re not taking this seriously, which is why you constantly post about this stuff.tlynn78 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2026 10:59 amWrong, again.
