I read the article, which says that the evidence is so overwhelming that any judge or jury would decide on the same verdict and sentence. One of the major legitimate responsibilities of the federal government is to keep track of, to know, what foreign individuals are in this country and for how long and for what purpose. Why else do we go through the system of passports, entry interviews at ports and the whole immigration bureaucracy? To throw all that out for political purposes? This administration literally has blood on their hands for letting these people in. And the blame for any 'migrants who contribute to society' that are deported is squarely on them and the migrant who broke our laws by coming here in the first place. Unfortunately, the only fix to the situation biden's administration has caused is to remove the people whose first act in the US was to break the law.

You people NEVER, EVER address the fact that there are millions of American Citizens who have gone through the legal process and are going through the legal process of becoming American Citizens. What the fuck do you have to say to them?
