The issue is why do biden and harris continue to ignore their spectacular failure in Afghanistan and openly disrespect the Gold Star families. This photo bullshit is complete deflection.

A group of Gold Star families do not want Biden involved. Perhaps I can’t blame them, but turning around and inviting Trump and setting in motion this fiasco doesn’t bring their loved ones back nor will it make something like this not happen again, since Trump was knee-deep in Afghanistan and the withdrawal.

I’m reminded of the wife, whose husband was killed at the Butler assassination attempt. She refused to take a phone call from the president, because she felt that her husband would not permit it. Creepy on a couple of levels, so on brand for the Trump nation.

It's a shame the families weren't aware of your vastly superior knowledge of their own feelings and motivations. Forget wwjd, folks. WWWD is the way. If only we all had his omniscience, not to mention humility.

I’m sure there’s something that George Soros has funded that would meet your approval for something worthwhile and not condemnable. I just went to his foundation’s website. The first thing they mention is that his humanitarian efforts started with funding scholarships for black South Africans living under apartheid. Okay, Maybe not the best example for you, but again, I’m sure there’s something out there you’d be OK with.

Likewise, I do appreciate what Elon Musk has done to advance space travel.

My point remains that the fevered conspiratorial feelings toward people like Soros and Bill Gates are hilarious, when the same people who preach those theories would hand policing of their speech over to Elon Musk and their government over to Donald Trump. I think it’s entirely reasonable to be cautious of any billionaire, be it Soros, Gates, or Musk.

Who's using it as a political weapon to cover up their own failures and self-administered optics? Trump or kamala?

The people involved seem to have expressed their opinion as to who is being genuine. Who are you going to go with? The people who lied to you about biden being sharp as a tack for 4 years? The ones that tried to convince you that hunter's laptop was russian disinformation until they couldn't? Now, the people who use the headline "Trump Campaign Uses Statements From Gold Star Families To Attack Harris" (NYT) (Masquerading as a "NEWS" story) Or maybe the people directly involved without the filter of the former.

It's commendable you know how to read. Maybe that's how you got through med school. But critical thinking does not seem to be your strong point.
