Broadcast regulator CRTC has approved an Edmonton-based Adult Entertainment cable channel, with the proviso of this much local content:
1 - 30%
2 - 50%
3 - 75%
4 - 100%

durnit. they used to post Page 1 on the website.

but they dont, and the adult entertainment story has vanished.
They have a nice pic of Phelps. maybe the girls are running the website tonight.
