Speaking of Blackberrys

We are very proud that the Blackberry is made right here in Kitchener-Waterloo - twin cities.

The 2 partners in RIM (Research in Motion) have been extremely generous to the local economy. The one just gave $40. million for a new research library and the other has built a cancer centre. He also is very generous with the charity my daughter works for giving nearly $150,000. in the last few years. His wife even volunteers for them.

Last weekend, he had Lance Armstrong visit and raised money through a bikeathon for cancer research.

And now for the gossip - guess who was with Lance? Yep, Kate Hudson.

Glad I could contribute to the local economy. Mine has actually been one of my better phones and it takes great photos. I have no complaints so far.
